10am Update:  We will permit limited Pit access for race teams at noon. This is solely to collect equipment/Pack items. Bring minimal personnel and vehicles. Access to the pits will be via escort vehicle on an alternate route to the pits. We will have a max 2 hours on the salt and you will be escorted back to the paved road.

Escort procedure:
1. Check in at gate
2. You will be lined up behind the escort vehicle on the salt
3. We will proceed in a single line to the pits.
4. We will stay for MAX 2hrs.
5. Line up by impound to proceed back to boat launch
NOTE: We will not be staying longer than 2hrs. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLAN ACCORDINGLY

7:30am Update: Racing for today 8/25 has been cancelled. We will resume normal operations 8/26. Limited pit access for racers may be available at noon for a 2-hour period to collect equipment. Access will be necessary vehicles only and controlled with a pilot car to and from the pits using an alternative access route. Update on Pit access will be announced at 10am.
