RACING REGISTRATIONS INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE READ- PROCESSES HAVE CHANGED

• Completed online ticket purchase-  ALL Entries can be added in one transaction. Select gate passes (one per person) PLUS all types of entries one transaction (i.e. Gate pass(es) + AMA Records + Additional Class + VIR Sponsorship). Crew Gate Discounts ONLY apply when purchased with FIM/AMA/RWB Racing entry. Gate passes with NO Racing entry in the same transaction will be deleted and refunded.
• Complete form details: Complete basic Contact details, Rider Details and Include the Motorcycle Numbers of ALL entries on that registration (Original and additional class/rider, or if you have multiple entries – like AMA and RWB). Details will be matched to supplemental form to be completed.
• Make Payment: All entries and passes will be processed in one transaction. Additional Classes will only be charged their deposit, with balance due onsite.
• Check your email: You will get registration, payment and ticket notification(s). 
• COMPLETE GOOGLE FORM IN TICKET NOTIFICATION: All registrations details will collected via a Racer Registration Google Form. Check you ticket notification email for the link to complete the form. Form MUST be completed by the Pre-Entry Discount Deadline to maintain discount benefits. Complete a SEPARATE form for EACH Entry type.
• Print your Tickets: Print your tickets an put them in a safe place- or bookmark your email to print for admittance to the salt.
